PLANT WARRANTY

Plants are packed and shipped using the experience we have gained from serving 1000's of customers.  Our plants should arrive in good shape. However, since they are "live goods" you must immediately remove the plants from boxes and place in appropriate locations (sun or shade) and provide water to reduce any stress that may have occurred during shipment.  Bare root plants should be planted immediately.  We recommend planting all other plants as soon as possible and no later than within one week of receipt. 

We exercise extreme care and caution to keep our stock true to name. On proper proof, we will replace all stock that may prove otherwise or refund the amount paid. However, we shall not be liable for any amount greater than the original price. No claim will be considered unless we are notified within ten days from receipt of shipment.

DAMAGES OR PROBLEMS
Claims for shortages or any other cause must be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment.  In no case are we liable for more than the invoice price of the plants.  We guarantee to ship good, healthy plants but we will not assume any risk or responsibility for transportation problems, growth and/or livability of the plants after they leave our nursery shipping location. 

If your plants are damaged or excessively delayed in transit, make this notation on the carrier's delivery receipt and file a claim against the carrier immediately.  Please note that our responsibility for delivery of your plants ends upon our delivering to the carrier.

Note that we can NOT make recommendations on the care and suitability of plants for your particular location or application.

The horticultural plants we sell are certified to have been produced and maintained under a regular program administered by the Georgia Department of Agriculture in accordance with the Entomology Act of 1937 and the regulations promulgated there-under. (GA Live Plant License Number 3574) USDA cooperative inspection agreement administered by the Georgia Department of Agriculture - Plant Protection Division.

We offer quality products and fast service via UPS.  All plant items are listed in alphabetical order according to botanical name followed by common name or names. In addition to identification information, each catalog entry contains recommendations for sun or shade and hardiness zones, a complete plant description, mature size, identifying characteristics, additional information based on our experience with the plant and, finally, price.

Our plants are available as bare root stock, in 2 1/4' pots or in our Classic Pint. The Classic Pint® is the container we selected to provide a quality root system with foliage equivalent to a quart. The Classic Pintª saves bench space and shipping costs while presenting full-size, ready-for-sale foliage. Some items may only be available in one or two container sizes / types.  Some of the plants we sell are season items only available during certain months.
