gcQL multi-data-sources joins, Integration Stats, and Stronger Trace Search

January 29, 2026

This week we expanded gcQL with cross-domain joins, time zone support, and time offset filtering for easier comparisons across time windows. Integrations now surface clearer pull stats for errors, latency, and metrics, while traces gained deeper metadata search across HTTP headers and query parameters.

New Features:

  • gcQL | Implemented cross-domain joins, time zone parameters, and entities table support
  • gcQL | Introduced time offset filters in LogsQL syntax for cross-time window comparisons

Improvements:

  • Integrations | Added stats to display errors, latency, and metrics for pull integrations
  • Traces | Expanded metadata search to include HTTP headers and query parameters

Bug Fixes:

  • Dashboards | Implemented widget resizing fixes when duplicating or removing sections
  • Frontend | Resolved issues with state clearing when switching workspaces, Grafana dashboard access
  • Dashboards | Addressed malformed filter crashes and graph color change issues
  • Synthetics | Restored regex assertion operator support
